Yoga is a dance of cycles. Inhale, reach. Exhale, return. Inhale, stretch. Exhale, let go. I was reminded during my practice when we stretched from Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana) to Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) to Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvokonasana) and back again. I was reminded to Let. It. Flow.

Life requires that we stretch a bit to reach our goals and recoil for rest. We can neither stay outstretched or recoiled for too long.
