SHORT & SWEET FLOW FOR STRESSED OUT DAYS
I get asked frequently after class for advice regarding how to improve form and body function while at home. Y'all can visit me in class (and how I love to see you!), but the real work happens with consistent practice week to week. I'll be doing a series of videos to help you find some ease, reduce stress and get stronger, all while at home with minimal or no props.
When I feel stressed out, I don't need or want a super complex yoga practice. I'm not in the mood to play with poses I'm not yet familiar with. I wanna stay close to the root, so that I can sense fully into the poses I'm doing. This sequence gives me those feelings. Find some breath and some time to turn inward. You've got 25 minutes to give yourself, right?
