Join me at The Wonder Jam for a 45-minute yoga class that will focus on learning how to use simple home items as props to make your yoga practice more comfortable, stable and restorative. Bring your own pillow and blanket. We'll use these items to in some super sweet restorative yoga, and support going deeper into the poses that challenge you.

The yoga class will be followed by a DIY facial experience led by Lindsey of Balm Skincare. Tea and La Croix provided!
