FIRST VIDDEEO OF 2018! 

I get asked frequently after class for advice regarding how to improve form and body function while at home. Y'all can visit me in class (and how I love to see you!), but the real work happens with consistent practice week to week. I'll be doing a series of videos to help you find some ease, reduce stress and get stronger, all while at home with minimal or no props. 

The first in 2018 is based on working toward stronger core center. When I say core, I'm talking about the abdominals (upper, slower and obliques) in addition to the muscles along the spine and the back as a whole — essentially the whole ding dang torso from bottom of the shoulders to the hips. 

If you've got ten minutes in your day (I know you do), you can get it done. So, here ya go.
